When Strategic Benefit Solutions planned to sponsor a seminar entitled “Wellness – A Healthy Approach to Sustainable Cost Management”, they called iSquared to help launch the event. The first step to making it a success was to get out the word immediately but present the information in a way that captured the attention of the target audience. A cleverly designed “Save the Date” piece hit mailboxes with a deep sea theme that tied the seminar’s focus on employee health to the host location at the Georgia Aquarium. A torn page from a calendar with the date of the event floated on a life preserver in shark infested waters. The printed piece also utilized a custom die to emulate a shark’s bite and read: Don’t let healthcare costs take a bite out of your business. This piece was followed up by an embossed invitation with an RSVP card and return envelope. A gift bag of theme-related giveaways was available at the event including a stress-reducing squeezable shark, pedometer with SBS logo, mouse pad and cooler.
