Strategic Benefit Solutions

When Strategic Benefit Solutions planned its annual meeting entitled “Wellness - a Healthy Approach to Sustainable Cost Management,” they called iSquared to help launch the event. To spread the word immediately to the targeted audience, we designed a clever “Save the Date” direct mail piece with a deep sea theme that tied the seminar’s focus on employee health to the host location at the Georgia Aquarium. The printed piece featured a torn page from a calendar with the date of the event floated on a life preserver in shark infested waters. A custom die was utilized to emulate a shark’s bite and the copy read “Take a Bite out of your company’s healthcare costs.” An embossed invitation with RSVP card and return envelope followed, along with a bag of theme-related “give-aways”, including a stress-reducing squeezable shark, water bottle, pedometer, lunch cooler and mouse pad with the SBS logo.
